Large Balloon Module is 65” x 41”,  Straight Module is 72” x 24.5”,   Small Balloon Module is 36” x 30”

Overall length of the three modules is 173.5”  (14.5 feet)

N SCALE 3 Modified Bend Track Modules.....this is an amazing complete N scale layout ready.

ROLLING STOCK AND LOCOMOTIVES NOT INCLUDED.

   Atlas N scale code 80 track and turnouts, all the structures, trees and landscaping included.

   The 3 transformers are included for DC. The mods are wired for DC, DCC and isolate the two mains for DC and DCC your choice.

   All the hard work is already done.....NOTE detailing is up to you. So there is still plenty of work to make it yours.

  Legs built to a length which allows the modules to adjust to a modified rail height of 40" on uneven floors.

My freelance railroad layout. This is an L shaped modular A is 31" 101" and modular B is 29" x 62".

N Scale Table Top Model Railroad Layout.

Modular A is 31” x 101” and Modular B is 29” x 62”. Code 55 Atlas Track laid on cork roadbed and ballast, with 26 turnouts. Only 2 have under table Switch Machines (across the layout where I can’t reach) all the rest of the are manual with Caboose Throws. Layout is completely wired for DCC and/or DC with the ability to run 3 trains independently while you are loading the 4th or you can have operating sessions. The layouts A & B outer road (1) have the  capacity to run long consist with a reversing track and yards. The second road can run trains independent or  merging trains from road 1 and 3. The inside road (3) can be switched and going up the trestle and thru the mountain to the outside road (1).
